What happens during a mobile spa party?
Our Spa Bus comes directly to your party location and provides a fun, pampering experience designed especially for your guests.
How long does a Spa Bus party last?
Party length depends on the package and number of guests selected when booking.
What spa services are included?
Our party services include mini face masks, nail & toe polish, and simple glam makeup application, along with the other fun features included with your selected package.
Is food provided?
We provide light snacks & refreshments. Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary concerns.
Does the Spa Bus transport the children?
No. The Spa Bus travels to your party location and remains parked for the duration of the event. Children are not transported on the bus.
What happens if a guest arrives late?
Late arrivals are welcome to join the party in progress, but we may not be able to extend the scheduled party time or repeat services that have already been completed.
Can parents come onto the Spa Bus?
Parents and guardians are welcome to come aboard to check on the girls. However, because space is limited, parents may not remain or linger inside the bus during the party.
What should we do about food allergies?
Please disclose all food allergies or concerns in advance so we can prepare appropriately.
What happens if a child gets hurt or becomes ill during the party?
Please notify our staff immediately. A parent or guardian may be asked to assist the child depending on the situation.
Can guests bring gifts onto the bus?
We recommend keeping gifts outside of the Spa Bus so the available space can be used for the party activities and spa experience.
What do we need to provide for parking?
A safe, level and accessible parking area must be available for the Spa Bus. Please make sure the area is clear and accessible before our arrival.
Do we need to prepare anything before the Spa Bus arrives?
Please make sure the designated parking area is clear and that guests are ready at the scheduled start time. Any allergies, special concerns or important information should be communicated to us in advance.
Is tipping allowed?
Yes. Gratuities are always appreciated for our party staff but are not required.
